  • I am unsatisfied with the product I purchased. What shall I do?

    Please send us a letter via the US Post Office or go to our website under our "Contact Us" tab to complete our  Contact Form with the item description, item UPC code, expiration date and more if needed. Once we receive the details we will review your request and respond accordingly.

  • Can I toast the Cracklebred?

    No, you should not toast the Cracklebred, due to its lack of moisture it may burn very easily and become a fire hazard.

  • Can the Cracklebred be frozen?

    Yes. Customers have frozen our product in the unopened original packaging and opened it 2 months later and it is just as good and crisp.

    At this time we do not offer coupons or free samples.  We do run specials with the retailers so please look through the circular for all deals or visit a store near you as our product may be on demo there.

  • Does the Hazelnut Spread need to be refrigerated after opening?

    No. All of our spreads are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated after opening. All of them have a shelf life of 15 months, except the Hazelnut spread that has a shelf life of 18 months.
